RFMW, Ltd. announces design and sales support for Peregrine Semiconductor’s PE42920 Dual Differential SPDT switch operating from 10 kHz to 6 GHz. The PE42920 targets test and measurement applications where two independent differential signals are required to be switched. Having both switches in a small, 3x3mm QFN package saves both board space and BOM cost as well as improving performance. Operating from a single 3.3V supply, the Peregrine DDSPDT uses only 100 microamps in typical operation. Yet, this switch has 30dB of isolation between opposite active channels and 26dB isolation between same channel inputs @ 6GHz. With a fast switching…
RFMW, Ltd. announces design and sales support for Peregrine Semiconductor’s PE42822 high power SPDT RF switch operating from 700MHz to 3.8GHz utilizing UltraCMOS SOI technology. The PE42822 supports 40W single-event peak power handling in a 3x3mm QFN package saving valuable board space over bulky and more costly PIN diode approaches. With 65dBm of IIP3 linearity and 120dBm IIP2, the PE42822 is ideal for LTE receiver applications in microcells and picocells. This Peregrine switch boasts a 3kV HBM ESD performance and supports extended temperature operation up to 105 degrees C.
RFMW, Ltd. announces design and sales support for two DOCSIS 3.1 compliant power doubler amplifiers from Qorvo. The RFPD3210 and RFPD3220 are hybrid GaAs/GaN devices offering excellent linearity and low distortion. Designed for 45 to 1218MHz CATV amplifier systems, the RFPD3210 and RFPD3220 also offer high gain of 22.5 and 24.5dB respectively. Low Noise Figure of 3dB punctuates the performance of these Qorvo power doublers and GaN technology provides both reliability and power efficiency for upgrade or new design requirements. The Qorvo RFPD3210 and RFPD3220 are both offered in a CATV standard SOT-115J package.
