The Qorvo QPQ1288 supports base station infrastructure, repeaters and boosters for designs with pass band frequencies from 2300 to 2390MHz. No external matching is necessary and the QPQ1288 offers 45dBm attenuation at 2473MHz. Power handling is 29dBm.

RFMW, Ltd. announces design and sales support for two unmatched discrete GaN on SiC HEMTs. Operating from DC to 3.7 GHz with a 50V supply rail, Qorvo provides the QPD1015L in an eared package and the QPD1015 in an earless package. Both transistors offer 20dB of gain and a Psat of 48.5dBm. PAE is 74%. Target markets include commercial and military radar, communications, avionics, jammers and test instrumentation.

RFMW, Ltd. announces design and sales support for a high efficiency, L-band IMFET from Qorvo. The Qorvo QPD1003 offers 500W P3dB power for L-band commercial or defense radar operating from 1.2 to 1.4GHz, including AESA radar. 50V bias and GaN technology offer efficiency enhancements. PAE is 65% and small signal gain is 20dB. I/O matched to 50 ohms means design time is minimized.

RFMW, Ltd. announces design and sales support for a high frequency, high power MMIC amplifier from Qorvo. The TGA4548-SM operates from 17 to 20GHz and provides 10W of saturated output power. Large signal gain is up to 22dB while small signal gain measures 27dB. With a 12dBm input, the power added efficiency is 30%. An integrated power detector supports system diagnostics and power monitoring. Offered in a 5×5.5mm SMT package, the TGA4548-SM draws 300mA from a 28V supply. For designs requiring hybrid assembly, this amplifier is available in DIE form as the TGA4548.

RFMW, Ltd. announces design and sales support for two unmatched GaN transistors from Qorvo. Offered as the QPD1008 (earless) and QPD1008L (eared), these power transistors provide 125W of RF power. With a frequency range of DC to 3.2GHz, they find applications in commercial and military radar, avionics, wideband amplifiers and RF jammers. Operating from a 50V supply, PAE is up to 72% with associated gain of 17.5dB. These devices can support pulsed, CW, and linear operation.
