Operating over a frequency range of 50 to 6000MHz, the QPC3213 is overshoot-free during the step cycle. The Qorvo RFFM4558A integrates a low noise amplifier (LNA) with bypass function, a transmit PA and SPDT switch into a small 2.5×2.5mm MCM package.   Designed for access points and wireless routers in the 4.9 to 5.925GHz frequency range, the RFFM4558A offers 32dB of Tx gain and 14dB of Rx gain with LNA noise figure of 2.5dB. Integrated 2.4GHz filters provide rejection on the receive path to reduce system-level filtering. Power consumption is <0.9W from a 5V supply.
