RFMW, Ltd. announces design and sales support for surface mount terminations from RN2 Technologies. The S2525N termination handles up to 150W of average power yet comes as a SMT device only 6.35×6.35mm square. Suitable for applications from dc to 4000MHz, it features low VSWR of 1.11:1. The S2525N has an aluminum nitride (AlN) base with a thick film resistive element and gold plated finish. Nominal impedance is 50 ohms. Operating temperature is rated at -55 to +125 degrees C for harsh environments.
